Appliance Condition

Yes, a great deal of the products we carry are brand new. There are a few Used/Returns/Refurbished.

Unless specified as “AS-IS”, all of the home appliances that we sell are complete. Most of the parts, are located inside the appliances or are in the warehouse. They could also be in “Order” with the manufacturer.

Yes, we have in-house technicians who test our appliances before placing it inside the showroom floor.

In most cases, yes. If the original manual or guide is not included, we will be able to provide you a copy. Or you can easily download the file online on the manufacturer’s website.


Yes. Most of the product comes with a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty.

Stickers that have the 90Days Store Warranty are covered by Appliance & TV Outlet. If within 90Days from the date of your purchase your appliance fails to operate for reasons related to the repair service when used normally in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, we will replace any parts that failed due to defects in the material workmanship and perform any labor related to the original repair free of charge. Excludes damage caused due to service provided by any party other than Appliance & TV Outlet.

Yes. Through a third-party company called CPS. The company offers extended warranty coverage for consumer purchases which is available in 3 or 5 years.  You can learn more about it at CPS Consumer Priority Service

Yes. If an appliance has an inherent fault or fails to last a reasonable time you can still get redress regardless of whether the appliance was registered. You will need to ensure you keep your proof of purchase safe as this will validate your warranty

Yes. There is a processing fee or initial payment due the day you complete your transaction.

The fees are $39.

Pick-Up/Delivery Service

Yes. We will wrap it up and assist in putting your appliance on your vehicle.

No Free Delivery.

Within 25 miles of Glendora the Fees are $30. Locations outside of the 25 miles are $70. If you live on the 2nd-floor apartment, additional charges may apply.

Yes. The price depends on the type of appliance being installed.

Deliveries are every Tuesday and Saturday. You choose which day are the most convenient for you.

Repair Service

The fastest and easiest way is to go online, register an account and submit your request through our Service Request page. Be sure to include your invoice #, serial # of the appliance, model/brand, and a detailed explanation. You can attach images and/or video (optional).

Once received, a technician will contact you within 24 hrs. Either to troubleshoot or schedule an appointment.

No. If within the warranty period or 90 days from purchase, there is no service charge for parts & labor.
