GE Monogram 30" Warming Drawer with Infinite Setting Temperature Control
Available with the GE Monogram stainless steel finish and tubular handle, or ready to accept custom panels and a custom handle, this 27-inch wide warming drawer has hidden controls to provide a flushed installation to complement any kitchen. Just with a quick glance, you'll see that it's on and working from its exterior "on" indicator light. Inside is a removable half rack if you might want to stack multiple platters within. There are four temperature controls for your warming needs: Proof 80°F; Low 140°F; Medium 170°F; High 210°F. There is also a humidity controller, providing conditions to keep things crisp or to keep them moist. And with the full-extension drawer on ball bearing glides, placing platters and taking them out is stress-free.
